Did you find something you like? Great! We ship worldwide with DHL and PostNL. All personalized orders are delivered within 4 business days. Non-personalized orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. These are usually received the next business day, exceptionally this takes 2 business days. Free shipping on all orders over €90,-. Please note that customers must pay local duties and border taxes.

Returns

It is possible that a product does not meet your expectations or that the size is not right. That is why you have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days after delivery. Contact us via info@moondrops.shop and we will send you a return label! Sale items can only be exchanged for another size of the same item. Personalized items and gift wrapping cannot be returned! All returns must meet the following specifications: 1. The product is complete, unused, unworn and unwashed. 2. The original tags and labels are attached to the product. 3. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The costs of a return shipment are for your own account. Moondrops is not responsible for packages that are sent without track & trace.
